Car Essentials Center Product Warranty & Return Policy
1. Warranty Period
Car Essentials Center is committed to providing high-quality products and dependable service. Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered by a 30-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty Coverage
If a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us promptly. We will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with the same item, or
- Issue a refund for the product purchase price
Final resolution will be determined by Car Essentials Center.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, cracks, or scuffs
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, liquid exposure, fire, or natural disasters
- Normal wear of hidden components (such as foam padding after installation)
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or service
- Products that have been modified, altered, or disassembled without written permission
- Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect use in vehicles or equipment
4. Limitation of Liability
Car Essentials Center is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, towing fees, shipping charges, or storage expenses resulting from product use.
5. Proof of Purchase
All warranty or return requests must include valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation). Requests without valid documentation may not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
- Orders older than 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified
- Credit card refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- Other payment methods will be refunded via company check or equivalent method
- Check refunds are typically processed within 10 business days from the original invoice date
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Modified, disassembled, or overheated products
- Electrical components
- Custom or special-order items
- Body-cut or custom-fit parts
- Products with damaged labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeit markings
8. Return Shipping for Non-Quality Issues
For returns not related to product defects or quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
