1. Is the welcome light difficult to install? Does it require rewiring?

No. Our welcome lights feature a plug-and-play design with no rewiring or drilling required. Simply replace your original door light by plugging it directly into the factory socket. Installation usually takes just 5–10 minutes.

2. Will it fit my car model?

We offer multiple connector types (such as T10, W5W, 194, etc.) that fit most major car brands, including Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Ford, and more. Please check your original door light connector type before purchasing. Contact us with your car model and year if you need assistance.

3. Are the welcome lights waterproof? Are they safe in rainy conditions?

Yes. Our products have an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance. They can withstand rain, car washes, and humid environments without damage under normal use.

4. Is the projection sharp? Will it become blurry over time?

We use high-precision optical lenses and high-brightness LED chips to ensure sharp edges and uniform brightness. Under normal conditions, projection clarity will remain high for years.

5. How long is the service life of the welcome light?

The design life is approximately 50,000 hours. Based on 10 uses per day at 30 seconds each, that equals over 10 years of use.

6. Do you support custom patterns?

Yes, some models support custom patterns. Please contact our customer service for customization – you can provide your own logo, text, or image.

7. Will installation interfere with my car's electronic system?

No. Our welcome lights have very low power consumption (about 1–2W) and will not interfere with your car's electrical system or ECU, nor will they trigger any error codes.

8. What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 12-month hassle-free warranty. If any non-artificial quality issue occurs, we will replace it for free. Please reach out to us via our store if you have any concerns.
